Category Five
Alliance

"Have you ever wondered why God made you? I don’t mean knowing you were created by Him, but truly understanding what He designed you to do. That was me before Category Five. I had ideas about who I was and what my gifts were. Like many people, I found there were always opportunities to use those gifts because they benefited someone else. What I didn’t have was a clear understanding of how those gifts fit into God’s purpose for my life. I also thought I was close to the Lord. Then I joined Category Five. What I discovered was that much of what I believed was actually church culture I had absorbed over the years. Some of it wasn’t rooted in Scripture the way I thought it was. Through the teaching, discipleship, and presence of God I encountered in Category Five, the Lord began exposing misconceptions I had picked up from others and replacing them with the truth of His Word. More importantly, I learned how to live in and recognize His presence. Not an emotional experience. Not something manufactured to create excitement. His real, authentic presence. As I grew, God also began revealing my calling as a prophet. Suddenly, things that had happened throughout my life started making sense. I began to understand why I viewed things differently, why certain gifts operated the way they did, and how God had been preparing me all along for the purpose He had designed for me. For the first time, I wasn’t just serving where there was a need. I was beginning to align my life with what God had actually called me to do. Today, I have greater clarity, deeper intimacy with God, and a stronger understanding of my purpose than ever before. Instead of spending my energy on things I wasn’t designed for, I can focus on serving, living in His presence, and making an impact for the Kingdom of God. God didn’t use Category Five to make me a different person; He used it to align me with the person He had created me to be all along."
